Former Mecklenburg-Pommersche Schmalspurbahn 600mm gauge 0-8-0
later nr 99.3361 of Deutsche Reichsbahn, at the Hesston Steam Museum.
- Fort Wayne
Railroad occasional steam hauled excursions from its home site
in New Haven. Short, diesel hauled caboose rides are also offered on
- French Lick Resort Trolley tram service connecting
West Baden Springs Hotel with the Casino in French Lick. Uses a
historic electric tram converted to diesel power. Operates every
day throughout the year.
- French Lick Scenic Railway French Lick to Cuzco,
about 10 miles (16 km). Standard gauge, diesel hauled. Operates
weekends and certain other days from April to December.
- Hesston Steam
Museum has 3 separate steam hauled passenger narrow gauge or
miniature railways. Trains operate weekends and holidays from late
May to early September, Sundays in September and October, and weekends
in early December.
Valley Railroad Museum North Judson to English Lake, about 5 miles
(8 km). Standard gauge, diesel hauled. Operates Saturdays, May to October
and early December. Occasional excursions operate for a further
5 miles (8 km) beyond English Lake to LaCrosse on the tracks of
Chesapeake & Indiana.
Transportation Museum caboose rides and seasonal specials on a short
length of line from the museum in Noblesville. Possible future services
to Tipton, about 24 miles. Services from Noblesville towards Fisher and
Indianapolis were suspended in 2016, and are unlikely to resume following
local authority decisions to turn part of the route into a trail.

- Whitewater Valley Railroad Connersville to Metamora,
about 19 miles (30 km). Standard gauge, diesel hauled. Operates weekends
from May to October, and for special events at other times of year.
