Sundays: Hourly from New Mills, Newtown and Stockport; 5 services per day from Glossop; 4 per day from Buxton and Holmfirth.

CAR: there is a large car park next to the Swallow House Lane Well, from where most of the other dressings can be comfortably reached on foot. The nearest point to Hill Houses that can be reached by car is Bowden Bridge car park on Kinder Road, but that car park is often full.
