On the minor road between Matlock and Cromford.
BUS: Mondays to Saturdays: every hour from Matlock, Cromford and Bonsall; Sundays: no service.
CAR: approach from Matlock Green (turning off the A615 Alfreton Road opposite the junction with the A632 Chesterfield Road) or from Cromford (follow the signposts towards the Station, and shortly after crossing the river bridge turn left into Willersley Lane). Parking in the village requires care because of the narrow roads, but it is usually possible to find a space.
WELL DRESSINGS: one, next to a small bridge, opposite the White Lion pub. Another dressing, outside St Giles School at the opposite end of the village, did not appear in 2002.
