On the A633 Barnsley to Rotherham road.
BUS: Mondays to Saturdays: frequent services from Barnsley, Doncaster, Rotherham, Meadowhall, Mexborough and Wombwell; Sundays: hourly from Barnsley, Rotherham, Meadowhall and Wombwell.
CAR: it is possible to park outside the parish church, but if you are unfamiliar with the town it may be more convenient to use the town car park (signposted from the A633).
WELL DRESSING: one, outside the parish church.
From the car park or the town centre bus stops, walk to the front of the library,
facing the memorial. To your right is Church Street; you will see the Methodist
church at the top of the hill. The parish church is a short distance beyond the
Methodist church, on the opposite side of the road.
