About 6km east of Barlborough and junction 30 of the M1, between the A616 to Newark and the A619 to Worksop.

BUS: Mondays to Saturdays: every ½ hour from Chesterfield and Worksop. Sundays: hourly from Chesterefield and Worksop.

TRAIN: (station about 0.5km east of village centre): Mondays to Saturdays: hourly from Nottingham and Worksop; Sundays: no service. Derbyshire Wayfarer valid only between Shirebrook and Whitwell.

CAR: there is a free car park on Station Road near the square.
