Kuwait

There are currently no railways in Kuwait.

Around 2020, feasibility studies were conducted for a 511km rail network connecting Kuwait City with the airport and seaports, with an international connection to Saudi Arabia and via Saudi Arabia to other Gulf Coast countries.

In 2025, tenders were let for the planning and design of the proposed 111km line from Kuwait City to the Saudi Arabia border.
